11.  CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

The Website is not directed to children under 13. If another entity either i) acquires us; or ii) acquire all, or substantially all of our assets, personally identifiable information, non-personally identifiable information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the Website, these assets will be transferred to such entity as one of the transferred assets.
