Bleisure Travel Offer (for Nassau/Paradise Island Group Movements)

How to Book

  1. Participating hotels range from quaint beach bungalows and rustic fly fishing and diving lodges, to name-brand hotels (Hilton at Resorts World Bimini). Browse through the Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board’s website at www.MyOutIslands.com and then feel free to ask your Majestic Holidays (1-242-677-2620) or BahamaGo (1-242-422-3131 or 1-877-284-6956).
  2. How to Arrange (Group Planner): The Nassau-bound   Group/Meeting/Incentive/Conference Planner should reach out to Kerry Fountain at Kerry@boipb.com and copy info@boipb.com to arrange. The planner will be issued a passcode specifically for the group movement, along with contacts (names, email addresses, and telephone numbers) for Majestic Holidays and BahamaGo.com. The passcode, contact information, and name of the group should then be shared by the planner with the Nassau-bound group participants/attendees (ideally before Nassau tickets are booked)
  3. How to Book (Passenger Traveling): When booking the Fly Free Offer with Majestic Holidays or BahamaGo.com, the name of the group and the group's passcode will be requested or should be submitted via email, along with a username (the business email address of the traveling group/meeting/incentive/conference attendee). The cost of the free Nassau/Bahamas Out Island/Nassau ticket will be deducted from the total cost of the vacation package at the time of final payment.
