In this light, the Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board is re-introducing our Flexible Fam Trip or Bleisure Travel Program to qualified retail travel agents. Our objective is to give you, the travel agent, the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our islands and member hotels at your leisure and at your own pace with friends or family.

Participating Properties

The properties below accept the Give Yourself the Commission this Month

Offer valid for stays at participating BOIPB member hotels only. Travel Agents must book their hotel reservations directly with participating hotels. US and Canada-based Travel Agents must provide a copy of their IATA/IATAN ID Card OR a copy of their CLIA EMBARC ID Card (formerly the CLIA ID Card) when making hotel reservations and once again upon hotel check-in. Travel Agents from Europe must provide a statement from their Office Manager, on the travel agency's letterhead, confirming their position in the company and a copy of the photo page of their passport also when making hotel reservations and once again upon hotel check-in. The name on the required ID Card or travel agency letterhead must match the name of the person for whom the hotel reservation was made. Travel Agents making the hotel reservation must be a part of the traveling party and must be present at the time of hotel check-in. Travel Agents will be responsible for booking their own rental car from the list of car rental companies provided. Upon completion of the trip, Travel Agents are asked to forward a copy of the car rental invoice and a copy of their hotel check-out folio to Ashnell Missick (Ashnell@boipb.com) at the Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board. The Bahama Out Islands Promotion Board will reimburse in $US (one full-day + applicable taxes) the travel agent whose name appears on the rental car invoice. Cancellation of the hotel reservations will result in cancellation of the rental car agreement. This offer is subject to availability and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
